We have a 7-day cancellation and refund policy for rentals, which means you can request a cancellation and refund up to 7 days before the rental start date.
To be eligible for a refund, the rental must not have started and the item/property must not have been used or collected. Proof of booking and payment will be required.

If your cancellation is approved, we’ll process your refund and provide any necessary return instructions (if applicable). Requests made after the rental period has begun may not be eligible for a full refund.

Please inspect the rented item/property at the time of handover. If it is damaged, not as described, or if there are any issues, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the situation.
If the rented item is faulty or unusable, we will attempt to provide a replacement within 24–48 hours based on availability. Alternatively, you may request a refund.
If the service is offered to residents of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your rental booking within 14 days of confirmation without providing any reason, as long as the rental period has not started.
We will notify you once we’ve processed your request and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
